Shipping Policy for Stone and Earth

1. Order Processing Time
- We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
3. Free Shipping Promotion
From time to time, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for current promotions and details.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We are only able to ship within United States at this time.
- We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Stone and Earth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier picks up the package from our facility, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen after it has been shipped, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided for further assistance. We are happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary, but the responsibility for lost or stolen items lies with the carrier after they have been picked up.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
- Carrier Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather or postal delays may cause shipping issues. Please be patient as we work with the carrier to resolve such delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when completing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
