Returns:

  1. General Return Eligibility: We accept returns on returnable items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  2. Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, as well as the accurate descriptions provided in our product listings (including details about size, shape, and other specifications), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Personalized items (e.g., custom engravings or specific arrangements).
    • Items that match the description in terms of shape, size, and other listed details. Please carefully review product descriptions before making your purchase.
    • Crystals and products that have been used or altered.

  3. Color Variation: We do our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the color of items may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions or monitor settings. These slight variations are not grounds for a return.

Refunds:

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  2. Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in this case.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item of your choice.
